Our TherABILITY Membership is designed to provide access to our services we offer. It is ideal for those that may not have available insurance coverage and those you want access to services that may not be covered by insurance plans. Either way we have you covered!
Contact us online or via email and we can assist you with joining any one of our membership plans.
Yes, you must request an appointment for all monthly services. Keep in mind is better to have a reoccurring schedule so that you are guaranteed to be on your therapist's weekly schedule for services.
You may use your TherABILITY Membership for any services that we may offer under our membership. Please keep in mind, you will have to complete an initial evaluation per therapy service we offer.
All evaluations are discounted at 10% of our charge rate.
You may get a 50% discount for a month for referring our TherABILITY Membership to family or friends. You may also receive 10% for any other service we may offer under our membership.
You will be billed every month on the same date you initially joined our membership.
Our TherABILITY Membership is annually and may last for as long as you need it.
Please provide a 30 day notice of cancellation of the membership to avoid being charged for the last month of the year if you plan not to renew for the upcoming year. We can assist you with this at any time.

We recommend to take advantage of your monthly services. Any unused membership services will not be refunded.
Please send a 24 hour notice of cancellation so that you may be rescheduled for the next available time with your therapist.
